Katie has over 15 years of experience building operations functions for fast-growing start-ups, including Harry's, Gilt Groupe, The Cru, and Odyssey. She's served as both a full-time and fractional C-level executive for DTC and B2B companies across multiple industries, offering coaching and counsel to founders and CEOs.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Boston University and business certification through Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2018, she was named a fellow of the 92Y Women inPower program and continues to be an advocate for women in business. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt-certified through the University of Michigan and serves on the board for Grace Children's Foundation.

Katie was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and performs long-form improv in New York as often as possible when she's not spending time with her husband, son, and 8-lb fluffy white dog.

 

She believes that everything can be accomplished with hard work, discipline, kindness, and humor.
